Messy Healing is inviting a small group of therapy-engaged individuals to beta test our newest journals—designed to support emotional healing through structured reflection, gentle prompts, and therapist-aligned tools.

These journals are not standalone self-help books. They’re companions to your therapy journey, meant to deepen your insights and help you track your growth between sessions.

what is beta testing?

As a beta tester, you’ll receive early access to either the Anxiety or Affair Recovery edition of the Therapy Companion Journal. You’ll use it for 3-4 weeks, then share your experience through a short feedback form.

Before signing up, I ask that you watch a brief video explaining the purpose of the journal, what I'm asking of you, and what you’ll receive in return.
